TranslateRoommate (F) wanted as of July 1st! Because our roommate is moving, the Parkweg house is looking for a new roommate to join us! The room that becomes available is +/-18m2 and has a separate corner in which the bed is located. The rent is 460 euros per month (including g/w/l). There are 5 of us living here in total (3F/2M)Most of us are somewhere in their studies/early master's and we are looking for someone who is also at the end of her studies/early master's. Together with us you share the kitchen (with dishwasher) we have 2 bathrooms, one for the gentlemen and one for the ladies. We also have a super chill roof terrace where we can sit in the summer! We don't have fixed house evenings but like to eat together or have a drink every now and then. It is 3 minutes by bike to the center and 7 minutes to the UMCG. In addition, Zernike is 15 to 20 minutes by bike, but of course you can also easily take the bus since we live opposite the station.
