It is a recently refurbished house on the Onnemaheerd with a shared ground floor and 4 rooms upstairs. You will be living with Felix (25) and Fleur (21). The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Downstairs we have a living room, kitchen and large garden ??. :We have a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It is about 15-20 minutes by bike to the center, in addition, we have a bus stop within walking distance with direct connection to the center and main station. We like to chat with each other over a cup of tea or glass of wine, but we also all do our own thing. Sometimes we cook together, but there are no obligations. ? We are looking for a nice person who values a clean house, just like us. In addition, it is an advantage that someone can or learns Dutch and is in the same age category. We are a close-knit house and are looking for someone who fits in. We are looking for someone who likes to socialize, but also goes her own way. :D e room is rented for a fixed period of time, including furniture.
