Dear working (student),A spacious bedroom has recently become available in the apartment where I have been living since August. It is a fairly large apartment in a quiet street and neighborhood close to several supermarkets. (Green van Prinstererlaan) I (M,27) am immediately looking for a working (student optional) to share the rent 50/50 with, this includes everything 730eu p/m per person. Since I work a lot and do part-time MSc at home on the side, I try to keep the peace, which is why I am looking for someone responsible, given the rent preferably working of course. Due to experience please no smokers - even though we have two balconies. I like to cook, and way too much - so that comes with it. Furthermore, I'm pretty tidy and I have a group of friends over once every week or two, but then it stops around 11 am. As you can see in the photos, a large bedroom becomes available - it is attached to the (very) large open living room with a large window - there is a roller blind or the like in between for privacy, but lots of light. Also, the bedroom is attached to the balcony at the back (access from the kitchen), so almost no noise in an already quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of room in the bedroom for desk, closet, and even king size bed like my previous roommate had. I have to redecorate the living room after the previous roommate has appropriated almost all the furniture and all the decoration. Suggestions are welcome! We also have a separate room for shower and sink, and a smaller one for just W.C. In the space where everything is attached there is plenty of room for coats, bags, shoes, etc. There is also a balcony both at the front and at the back, but we practically live on the ground floor so the view is not too bad. Kitchen is fully equipped! Recently got a new boiler but there is also a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and I have invested in good pans. I bought the large upright refrigerator myself - but for you there is half a refrigerator under the worktop available near the stove. Registration is possible (I think even mandatory) through Gruno real estate. I've never had direct contact with the owner, but I don't really have any complaints either. In principle, you can move in from mid-May, then we will arrange the part of the rent for the rest of that month from that date - not from the beginning. Ideally before June please be interested?
